I’m thrilled to share a breath-taking engagement shoot I recently had the pleasure of capturing at the stunning Thacher State Park right here in Albany, New York. Sarah and Jonah, a delightful couple deeply in love, chose this picturesque location for their engagement session, timed perfectly at sunset.
As a photographer, there are few things more magical than capturing the golden hour glow as it dances over a couple lost in each other’s eyes. Thacher State Park provided the perfect backdrop, with its rolling hills, lush greenery, and panoramic views that stretch for miles.
Sarah and Jonah’s chemistry was palpable from the moment they arrived. They were playful, affectionate, and completely at ease in front of the camera, which made my job an absolute joy. I focused on capturing not just their smiles, but the stolen glances, the whispered jokes, and the moments of quiet intimacy that truly reflect their love story.
